		<description>If you want a more &quot;mapley&quot; taste (I agree, they don&#039;t really have that), maybe you could add a teaspoon of maple extract.  That would give it more of a maple taste without throwing off the consistency.</description>

		<description>I live in and teach English in Taiwan and made these cookies for my students for a bake sale. I tripled the recipe, added some red food colouring and used a maple leaf cookie cutter as suggested. 

They tasted great and flew off the table at our sale. Anything that reminds me of home is always greatly appreciated. Thank you for the recipe. 

(The only thing I might change next time is adding some more maple. The cookies were really sweet, but more sugary than mapley.)</description>
