Here is how to make vegetarian sausages…

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teacupful of breadcrumbs

  • 1 well-beaten egg

  • 1/2 teacupful cold lentil puree

  • 1 small finely chopped onion tried brown.

Steps to make vegetarian sausages:

  1. Mix the ingredients, adding seasoning.

  2. Form into sausages.

  3. Roll them in a little wheatmeal.

  4. Bake them a nice brown in the oven.

Can be served with vegetables and sauce for a complete meal.
